Cancellation Fee

Cancellation Policy • 48-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Will be charged 50% of the service fee or may be blocked from future bookings. • Deposits Are Non-Refundable: But can be transferred once if you reschedule properly within the allowed window. • Grace Period: 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment is subject to cancellation and the deposit is forfeited. • Repeat Offenders: Multiple late cancellations or no-shows will result in booking restrictions or being banned from booking
